I hereby request, pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council), the erasure of this particular piece of personal data:

erasure of all personal data concerning me.

The reason for my request is:

The personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or processed;

I withdraw my consent (FORM HERE) on the basis of which the data were processed, and there is no other legal reason for processing;

I object to data processing pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR (FORM HERE) and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing or for raising an objection to processing pursuant to section 21(2) of the GDPR (FORM HERE);

The personal data were processed illegally;

The personal data have to be erased so that the legal obligation laid down in the legislation of the EU or of the Czech Republic is met;

The personal data were collected in relation to the offer of information society services pursuant to Article 8 of the GDPR, i.e. in relation to the offer of information society services directly to a child.
